Welcome to Les Chats du Brooklyn

Welcome to Les Chats du Brooklyn.  Les Chats live in a lovely apartment overlooking Grand Army Plaza and Prospect Park in the heart of Brooklyn. This is the view from the terrace on the 15th floor of the building where Les Chats reside.

Les Chats - while not technically related - are brothers. They were adopted over the course of nine months between October 2005 and June 2006.

Cooper, also referred to as "Your Royal Greyness", "Egyptian Cat God" or just "Slink", is the alpha chat of the house and was the first of the boys to move in, in early October 2005.

Winston joined the family to keep Cooper company in February 2006.  He developed a penchant for climbing from an early age.

Winston

Franklin came along by accident in June 2006 - while I was at the vet with Winston, a girl came in with a six week old kitten she's found in Prospect Park.  She was not able to keep him, so at the spur of the moment, I decided to adopt him.  Left the house with one cat, came home with two.  He was a bit of a mess in the early days, but as you can see, he's filled out a bit.
